Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iteraux.com ("the Site") and the services provided by Naturabelle LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as IteraUX (referred to as "IteraUX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Services
IteraUX provides digital growth services for medical aesthetics practices, including but not limited to:
- Conversion rate optimization audits
- Website redesign
- Paid media management
- AI operations consulting
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business
- Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and advertising accounts as needed for the agreed-upon scope of work
- Respond to requests for information or feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the authority to engage our services on behalf of your business
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in your individual proposal or service agreement
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
Guarantees and Refunds
Where we offer a guarantee (such as our 90-day ROI guarantee on audit services), the specific terms of that guarantee will be detailed in your service agreement. General conditions:
- Guarantees apply only to services where explicitly stated
- You must implement the recommendations as specified for any performance guarantee to apply
- Refund requests must be made in writing to team@iteraux.com
Intellectual Property
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for your project (audit reports, design specifications, copy, etc.)
- Our tools and methods: We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, frameworks, and tools used to create your deliverables
- Portfolio use: We may reference our work with your business in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing
Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your business data, analytics, revenue figures, or strategy details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our services consist of professional recommendations and deliverables. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, as results depend on implementation, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Naturabelle LLC, IteraUX, and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents against claims arising from your use of our deliverables, your business operations, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- You will be billed for work completed through the termination date
- We will deliver any completed work product
- Provisions regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
